Patent and licensing services

Rivne Chamber of Commerce and Industry provides the following services:

• registration of marks for goods and services (preparation, submission and support of applications in the process of their consideration and examination in the Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property and obtaining certificates of registration of marks);
• the extension of the period of validity of the certificates for marks for goods and services and the maintenance of patents for industrial designs;
• Patent information searches (verification of marks for goods and services and industrial designs for novelty);
• drafting and registration of contracts of transfer of rights and license agreements for signs for goods and services;
• registration of marks for goods and services in other countries;
• termination of violations of the rights of trademark owners for goods and services and industrial designs and protection against unfair competition;
