Certificates of origin

The Department of Certification and Expertise of the RCCI provides services for the registration and issuance of certificates of origin of goods / services.

Certificate of origin of goods is a document of established form, which uniquely indicates the country of origin of the goods.

Certificate of origin of services is a document confirming that the service is performed by a Ukrainian enterprise within or outside the customs territory of Ukraine.

Rivne Chamber of Commerce and Industry issues certificates of origin of the following forms:

• Certificate of origin of the general form (in English)
• Certificate of origin of the general form (in Russian)
• Certificate of origin form ST-1 (in Russian)
• Certificate "A" Form for Japan (English or French)
• Form EUR.1 Certificate, Series M (in English)
• Certificate of Origin of Form U-1 (in Ukrainian)
• Certificate of origin for the certification of goods exported to the United Mexican States (in English)
• Certificate of origin of services
